Our service advisors are the initial point of contact for our customers - they perform spot diagnostics to confirm the need for repair or service, and to identify any other obvious maintenance issues. After the initial diagnosis from one of our factory trained and licensed mechanics, the service advisor will inform you of the necessary repairs and their associated costs. Our warranty experts evaluate your service plan to make sure you're covered. The repair is then completed as agreed, using Original Engine Manufacturer (OEM) parts. Once the repair is complete, our service advisor will return the vehicle to you and summarize the repair process.

We also make sure you're comfortable while you wait for us to finish your car, truck, van, or SUV. If you live within 5 miles of our conveniently located service center at 471 Kalanianaole Street in Hilo, we offer a free shuttle service during business hours. In addition, our waiting area has cable TV, air conditioning, and ample comfortable seating
